Flydubai

When we began operations in 2009, our aim was to take more people to more places, more often. We now fly to more than 90 destinations and we’re constantly adding new cities to our network as we continue to grow. Over 70 million passengers have chosen to flydubai, making us the second largest carrier, by passenger numbers, operating out of Dubai International.

With the vision and support of the Government of Dubai, we’ve opened up opportunities for travel, tourism and trade and we’ve enhanced connectivity by increasing accessibility to and from Dubai. Since 2008 we have placed 3 aircraft orders and at the 2017 edition of the Dubai Airshow we placed the largest order for a single-aisle aircraft in the region. Over the next decade, we will see our fleet grow by up to 236 Boeing 737 aircraft.

We currently employ more than 4,000 colleagues from 128 countries and the diversity of our team is a true reflection of the cosmopolitan city of Dubai. flydubai continues to attract some of the finest talent in the industry – whether on the ground, in the air or behind the scenes, our people continue to shape our success story.

With a growing demand and an ever-expanding network, flydubai has added a number of new destinations to its network. Having already opened up routes across Africa, Europe, Central Asia, the GCC, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia, the aim is to not only continue to expand our network, but to make the journey as efficient as possible, with more regular flights, more direct routes and more comfortable inflight options.
